My guess left so much trash, I pay an additional $150 dollars to haul away, can I charge for it? and how do I do that??

You can try, there’s no law against it…but typically Airbnb won’t enforce extra cleaning charges. The best you can probably do is note the extra messiness in the guest review.

@Marco-Elijhio0 I had a bunch of guests stay once ,workers and the family with small children of one of the workers. The outside bin was full to the brim with alchohol bottles. It still amazes me how much rubbish some folks can generate . Looking back on all the other household rubbish as well, compared to other guests, I have to come to the conclusion that 'they had a party'.. if this is the conclusion that you also come to then do request some extra money via Airbnb to the guest.Also send a message asking if the guest is aware that 'parties are not permitted'... H

Yes you can raise a request with the guest to pay for this. Send them a photo of the trash left and the invoice from the company you used to take it away @Marco-Elijhio0 

If they don't reply or refuse to pay then Airbnb will investigate and if they find in your favour will ask the guest to pay.
