I recently had four men book for a week to work on a coral.
I have a small hime with inly one toilet, they used flushable wipes in the toilet and backed up the plumbing twice! They continued to ask for extensions and ended up staying for a month. When they left the house was very dirty & the white sheets were so dirty that they would not come clean. The bbq and the oven were a mess and required cleaning.
what is fair to charge for the extra cleaning and toilet stoppages?

I would say nothing - clean up and move on. There are loads of posts about retaliatory reviews - it's just not worth the effort and cost of claiming a bit on a damage deposit.
Check the cost of a cleaning company and if you can afford it do it and send the bill to the airbnb support team . I believe extension is not part of the company policy ! I also believe hosting is not a business . As an Arabic woman we always host people for free actually it's a shame to take money but since in Europe this cost a lot and it's hard for a person to be rich without so many regulations from the gov it seems normal to me to get paid for a previous guests requested . So I consider myself doing a community service not business , I just get paid for materials because the honesty of managing people's stay is hug value not estimated by any number of money .
I advise you not to take more than two people , groups like four main can get a cheap hotels to mess with not a community service value.
