Missing Amenities & Info
You are missing some important amenities (Dryer?) you do have and especially misssing a lot of Kitchen amenities? Right now your listing doesn't show you have the typical appliances like a refrigerator, stove, etc. but I can see you do have them from the photos. The algorithm is very sensitive to amenities now, so be sure to get that corrected. Go through the entire amenities list and the go back and choose "Edit" and add all the details Airbnb wants as indicated by the pencil icon:
Kitchen Amenities to Choose From
Baking sheet
Barbecue utensils
Blender
Bread maker
Coffee
Coffee maker
Cooking basics
Dining table
Dishes and silverware
Dishwasher
Freezer
Hot water kettle
Kitchen
Kitchenette
Microwave
Mini fridge
Oven
Refrigerator
Rice maker
Stove
Toaster
Trash compactor
Wine glasses
Photos
You have way too many photos and many are duplicates. Choose 35-40 of your best photos and delete the rest. Put captions on all your photos. I would suggest you get a professional Airbnb photographer to re-shoot your photos. Many of the current ones are tilted, blurry and not good quality.
Cover Photo
This should be the best feature of the property - that would be the outdoor space and pool area. Suggest you change the Cover photo and next 4 photos. The cramped living room photo is not helping your click rate. It's also evident there is major construction ongoing at this resort in the photos. You don't want to hide that, but I wouldn't highlight it in photos either. You should mention the construction in Other Details and Property Info in the Guest Safety Section. Try these photos and give it a few weeks. If no bookings, switch up the photos. Market research says anything with water does well as a cover:
Cover
Photo 2
Photo 3 - Try to fix the tilt
Photo 4
Photo 5
Construction & Construction Noise
It's obvious from the photos there is major, ongoing construction at this resort. You need to disclose that in other details and Property Information/Guest Safety Section under potential for noise:
Guest Safety/Property Info
Min Stay/Pricing
I would reduce your minimum stay to 2 nights and reduce your price by 20% until you get 5-10 bookings.
Need help urgently please
