New To Air B and B and bad guests

We have guests staying right nos in our beautiful basement apartment. These women stayed 3 nights and leave tomorrow. They seem to have disregarded our policies for no drugs or pets. They brought a loudly meowing cat and are smoking something horrible that stunk up my house!

I turned on the house fan and opened windows. Now the cats is making noise and they do not respond to my texts through air b and b website.  We have had 4 guests stays so far with no problems. We are considering not even doing this anymore. Disrespectful and I am not narcaning anyone!

That sounds terrible~ It would be perfect to get them to respond through the site but can you knock on the door to address them in person with a phone/cam recording ? Let them know the specific rules they broke and report that to air bnb.
