Hey guys I’m curious. Is anyone else having trouble with the new review system, It is really affecting my listing. It’s impossible that someone real is looking at these now that they moved it to a form system. We are all losing money with this. Because I’ve had two situations this month…that because they are sent off to this new location that I don’t even think someone is accurately looking at them…they are getting denied …and I’ve had two that I know qualify.,,one a safety issue out of my control written by someone that didn’t stay…and another that was also written by someone that didn’t stay…is anyone else having issues with this? Because of this review I have not had a booking in about 4 days…and it’s usually booked out everyday.
im having the same issue with Turo…where I also have several issues. I imagine they did this to cut costs…so they won’t have to have someone answer the phone but this is actually costing money. Has anyone else had problems with this?
