@Lina7142 Treat guests well and more will come to you. After 5 years we had about 20% of our business from returning guests. If we didn't have the 1 bed flat available we would give a couple the 3 bed flat at the same price. Little things like this that cost peanuts (if you haven't got a booking) are well worth it.
Finally growth isn't everything. Understand your costs in detail so that you don't just chase occupancy (with lower rates) and end up making a loss. Not quite covering your fixed costs may make sense in low season but never go below your variable costs.
