Thanks for response. Cannot get any sense out of these so called Ambassadors. They keep saying they are escalating and planning on returning calls, but they never do that!

I have been waiting over six weeks now and had to incur large medical bills that are outstanding.

@Gary1267 I am struggling to imagine many scenarios where Airbnb will cover your medical bills. You would begetter off claiming on your travel insurance.
