No help from airbnb

Can anyone offer advice on who else I can contact for help?

I have been trying multiple ways for the past 3 days and have gotten nowhere.

our host lied to Airbnb and cancelled our $30,000 booking.

we have been left with no help and out of pocket and nowhere to stay.

so frustrated!
