Here are a few things I'd recommend updating about your Airbnb that highly affect the listings and reservations.
1. Photos; I see the photo quality and framing + staging are not doing justice to your place right now. You can totally change the game just by changing the photos and uploading clear, bright, framed, and staged photos of your Airbnb.
2. Title and Description: I see you have put a simple title and description on your listing. That can work in some cases. However, I recommend writing a clear title not more than 30 characters that describes your listing in an easy-to-understand way. Secondly, the Description needs to be as detailed as possible for your Airbnb to ensure guests can understand the place in as much detail as possible.
3. Amenities: I see you have added about 6-7 amenities in your listing, which is pretty low compared to other best-performing listings in your area. Most people, when they search on Airbnb, they select the amenities that they want exactly, and your listing (because it doesn't have that amenity) is not visible to them.
Go through it and make sure that you advertise all the amenities your listing has. That way you will get more reservations.
