Not getting enough bookings

It’s been two months since I started Airbnb .. booking numbers not satisfactory

Have you researched how your Airbnb compares to others in your area?

I switch to guest mode and look at what’s available nearby. I then compare prices and what their layout and inclusions look like.

Are you more expensive? Do you have smart pricing enabled?

Is your main picture something that stands out?

We only advertise on the Airbnb platform but still get a decent amount of bookings.

If you’re in an area with multiple Airbnb places you need to work out how your place compares.

Are you a member of your local host group... they often have lots of tips on optimising your listing, including dynamic cancelation policy
