Not received confirmation after 5 days

Hi my name is Mr Ralph radford I booked villa molucas in Sao Rafael Portugal for September 27th to 8 of October 2024 we left our card details to pay for in full on confirmation unfortunately we have not received any confirmation and we are unable to contact the host Dave until we get confirmation would it be possible for you to try and find out for me as to were we stand on our booking my email address is **   my phone number is **
