Not recieving 4 digit SMS code to confirm phone number

Hello!

I am not recieving the 4 digit code to verify my phone number after various attempts and have now been locked out for 24 hours.

I need to finish a booking asap and cannot do so until my number is verified.

I am on Virigin Mobile Cell network in the UK for reference.

Is it possible Virgin Mobile Cell might be able to help? They might see the network traffic coming through and can check their logs. I’ve done this type of programming before, and a lot of times once the messages leave the source successfully, it’s hard to trace what happens to it as it goes through the different hops. Virgin Mobile might have a sniffer that can locate the message on the network and diagnose the problem.
