PLEASE HELP

I have been a great guest. i have never did anything wrong. ever. and all of the sudden i got blocked. my profile doesn't work and i can't send messages. i can't reply. 

i planned the trip with my mom to another country. i booked the flats. and i got blocked and my reservation got canceled in one second.

i'm calling to the support team for 2 days now and all i got was "we're sorry, but we can't help."

another team should contact me by email, but i get no emails from them

me trip is coming closer and my flats that were once booked by me and my mom - they are booked by someone else

money that are equal to 1 month salary of my mom - are blocked

what is happening? i'm frustrated. totally. please help me

i feel myself a prisoner of this situation. and what's the most funny thing - i have never ever did anything wrong.

my trip is in 2 weeks to Rome, and i have no place to stay thanks to Airbnb team. while i paid more than 200 eur for 2 days. not to stay on the street with my mom
