Payment with debit card in Hong Kong

I am trying to make a payment with debit card from Hong Kong and keep getting this error message. For the required post code, I’ve tried input “000” “0000” “00000” “000000” and it’s not working. Kindly advise how to resolve this issue. Thanks.
