I would like to put in writings about the discussion we had earlier on the call. Please be advice that you're not eligible for a full refund from your recent stay with Alison since you were able to spent some nights at the listing. A full refund is only possible if you checked out right away and first night is not completed.
I also received the inspection report you submitted to us,, however what we need is a medical note coming from the physician who assisted you. Additionally, even if your claim is valid we won't still be able to honor your full refund request as per our refund guidelines.
As a Senior Case Manager, I am still willing to extend my help in order for you get a compensation. As a one time courtesy, I can offer a coupon worth of $391.50 to return the nightly rate you've paid for this reservation?
