Pick-up and Drop-off Charges – How to Add or Manage on Airbnb?

Hi Airbnb Community,
My homestay is located about 22–25 km from the nearest Railway Station and Airport. While some guests arrive in their own vehicle, others often request pick-up and drop-off services and ask for the charges in advance.

Is there any official way to list pick-up and drop-off rates within the Airbnb platform? Can we add it as an additional service or extra fee that guests can pay through Airbnb?

Right now, I’m handling it manually through messages and accepting payment directly, but I’d prefer a more transparent and secure method, ideally built into the platform.

Would appreciate any suggestions on:

• How to offer this service within Airbnb rules

• How to charge for it (fixed rate or distance-based)

• Whether it’s better to include it in the listing description or mention after booking

Hello @Bhumika,  I get few request  ( Once in a month ) for drop and pick up from Senior Citizens and People coming for longer stay  ( May be one Week ).  So these guest are also Important.   Also their arrival by train is Odd Hours, So Public transport or cabs not available. It will be difficult to locate my place in Night time as it is farm House in community living.
