I will try and keep this simple. I have a current guest who is not allowing a professional plumber to fix a problem that is damaging my property. They have 6 more days of their stay and want it fixed after they move out. The problem is that there is a broken drain pipe and when they take a shower the floor floods seeping into adjoining rooms damaging floors, walls and furniture. Air bnb sent the guests an option to move out in 2 days but guests denied and want to stay. Plumber says it needs to be fixed asap. Do I have the right to my own house to allow necessary repairs to be fixed to avoid further damage to property? I’m also concerned about mold
See section 2.3 of the TOS. Of course you have the right to access your property in an emergency situation such as this. Take control of the situation.
Spend some time reading the terms, and various hosting articles in the Help pages, so that you will know how to proceed in future as issues arise.
