What a joke the complaint system is, we rented a property and on first arrival it was clear the property should not have been listed, at the time of rental they where rebuilding the garage so building materials all over the drive and rear garden,with asbestos every where, and the old garage on the drive, entered the property and had no hot water, tried to use the oven that night and this did not work, no key for the back door, garden had not been maintained, not enough furniture to sit all the guest (10 of us ), listed another 20 issues to Air b AND b, only offered us a minimum refund which comes of the night rate so airband b still get there full amount, after complaint they still have the property listed after send over 20 photos of damage and the fact it was a building g site and we could not use the garden with young children. Shocking from then

@Steve4395 in retrospect you should have demanded Airbnb find you another place to stay. Staying and then asking for a refund is usually not successful. Did the property advertise the use f the garden and did the photos show enough furniture to seat everyone?

No it did not show the furniture or the garden, as for another place to stay I did not know this was an option and air band b did not offer this as we contact them about the issues on the first day
