Price Tips

I'm fairly new to Airbnb, hosting for about 6 weeks and I am wondering if people use Airbnb's price tips?

I myself have used them for our busy season (June, July, August) but have listed my suites well above the suggested prices for March and April and have been very busy.  Not so busy for June July & August...... maybe the prices are too high or it's just too far away?

I am just confused your question didn't sound brand new?
