Can you enlighten me? I had a booking marked at 35 a night payout .I charge 60 and don't have any percentage off or special offers nor smart pricing.why would this be?

Where are you seeing the 35 - have you checked the detailed calculation of the payout?

If you click the booking and scroll all the way down past "Guest paid", you will see "Host payout":

Does the detailed calculation help to explain the difference?

Hi I did that and see it's 60 for thurs.and the other nights are market at 30! It's a mystery to me! Thanks for your help.

Hard to answer without being able to see your calendar settings. Did you by chance alter any dates on an existing reservation for a guest? Did you use a special offer?
