Publishing a new property Listing Discounts and Promotions

I heard that when you publish a new listing on AirBnB that  AirBnB has a couple of options that help hosts get their new property off the ground with the best possible reviews to help propel a listing towards success. They have a program that offers steep discounts to the first 3 guests who book your listing. In addition, AirBnB only publishes the new listing to guests who have completed 3 or more stays and the hosts of the listings gave the guests 5-star reviews and recommended them as guest to other hosts.

Is this correct? If so, where do I find that information on the AirBnB site?
