Hello!
I have question about small damages.
Aparment was fully renovated and placed on Airbnb at the end of May 2026 (last month).
We chose a durable and good laminate floor.
We had only 4 groups of people and there are already small floor damages.
What do you do in these situations?
Quality for uploades photos is very bad.

Honestly, this is just the reality of renting out a place. Even good laminate picks up little chips and dents from suitcases, furniture getting shifted, the odd dropped pan. Four groups in and minor marks is completely normal, not a sign you chose badly or that your guests were careless. I'd try not to chase guests over tiny stuff like this. Going after a security deposit for a small chip almost always costs you more in hassle and a bad review than the repair is worth.
What helps is treating it as wear and tear and getting ahead of it. Felt pads under any movable furniture, a firm shoes-off request in your house rules and guidebook, and a decent doormat cut down a lot of it. Keep a few spare planks from the same batch if you have them, since laminate can be swapped board by board if anything ever gets bad enough to bother with. For now though, I'd just touch up with a laminate repair wax pen and not lose sleep over it, Congratulations on the new listing otherwise.
@Ieva61 sadly cheap flooring will easily damage. The guest can't really be blamed for this.
@Ieva61 Yes laminate and LVP flooring looks nice however it does come with a lot of cons. It's not as waterproof, scratch/chip proof as they claim.
I was on the LVP train for several years due to its ease of install and price point. It did not perform well at all and I ended up replacing it all with ceramic tile. Climate will also impact it as it's affected with changes in temperature as well as humidity.
What you could do to mitigate some of the inevitable damage is to put down area rugs in the lliving room under the couch, under the beds. Mats in front of sink and stove to protect from falling items. Get as large as the room will allow for living room and bedroom. Just be really sure that they don't present a trip hazzard so making sure the rugs are secured to the floor with flooring tape at edges and corners. Now you will likely be dealing with rug stains and damage but rugs are pretty inexpensive and can be changed out much more easily than entire flooring. 😁

Excellent advice. Even hardwood floors, like mine, get banged up from suitcases, wheels, furniture, dropped items, and stuff tracked in on street shoes. It's like a new car - sooner or later there will be a scratch or a dent.
