New to hosting with an online app, long time for travel nurses and similar , looking for suggestions

I have recently made some changes and have opened one of our units in our tiny home complex to host online. I have been hosting to long time travel teachers or nurses or on call staff. I am looking for ways to improve my units apeal. I have started setting things up for seasonal decorations like example for Halloween we had a two month renter whom had pups we set up some cute pumpkins treat bags for the dogs with halloween themed chew toys and beds. I am heading to put up a small tree and decorations for X-Mass time. I am just looking for ideas to help. I am fresh to this market.

Welcome!  Very cute property.

Suggestion Identify a target market.  Couples I would think is yor primary but you can accept with maybe 1 or 2 young children.

Reorganize your photos, with STR they will not physically see your space except your photos for their week vacation.  They have to sell I am going to have a great vacation.  You don't have 2 living rooms.  I do not understand your dining area for my group of 4 looked like a desk?  Living room if just suggesting some children as the 2 additional, buy some big floor pillows allows parents the couch and young children do floor. lol

The main page where you sleep shows your couch, photo folders again bedroom folder set your bed size so the computer displays correct.

If a good place for a young fanmily who wants to spend a week skiing.  Great.

Use the Airbnb New Listing Discount 

Mention the mountain name in your title.

People skiing just want to eat breakfast, dinner, and relax after dinner to ski tomorrow.  Maybe some board games, I would think about 1q0 year old age level.  Wi-Fi everyone streams something.  

I think an outside picture with snow that market would look.  Maybe put some hot chocolate powder and mugs in the house.  highlight like coffee maker.    I don't like air freshners or candles I bought electric diffusers and leave like 6 scents my Guests can use or  not use.  What  might be nice for snowey vacations pine scents peppermint (candy cane lol)

You don't have to spend millions for STR rentals but you have to be plannining in a vacation min set.

@Marie8425 Thank you for your suggestions. I am having some issues getting the photos to load correctly since I have photos of it set for the Hollidays and photos of it set without. We went with led candles with choices for scented fresheners provided but on navigating the site have not found a way to high light those or the selection of games or digital services. As for the skiing would you suggest posting a comprehensive list in the listing? The help editor said to keep those details in a folder for the unit?

I don't understand your photo loading challenges?  Maybe size of the photos?  If that is the issue, easy fix is just use Paint software.  You open the photo and Paint has an easy option to resize by percent, you can make bigger or smaller.

Especially if near a popular skiing, create some Airbnb Guidebooks about the skiing location, sprinkled with things like near our affordable family rental.  General internet searhes love the Airbnb Website.  Your Guidebook does have the keywords that they look for, the mountain name skiing, and family accomodations, that's what people search for..

Use an AI tool tell it you want a 500 charecter description for Airbnb.  Tell the AI here is my title here is my target market herer are my highlights.  You can use AI to write each section AI is best when you tell it what to sell because you know best just it writes what you think in the right tone for the ciustomer and a lot quicker.

- Add sofa bed to number of beds (listing says now : 4 guests, 1 bedroom 1 bed)

- You offer 20% discount (because new listing) to first 3 bookings, be aware it is also offered to long term stays !

- add a check-out time

- inspect houserules (regarding smoking allowed/not allowed etc.).
