Since the last update (currently May 2025), I can no longer see the ratings of incoming Guests, unless the reservation is confirmed.
May I kindly ask why this change? I don’t have instant booking ON for a reason: to be able to decline reservations if CLEANLINESS is below a certain level (i.e.: 4.2 and lower). This is an essential factor for me in accepting/declining reservations.
Neither Cleanliness, nor Communication or House Rules can be interpreted as ‘potentially discriminatory’ - as they are there for a reason: to help Hosts protecting ourselves!
Showing them only AFTER the reservation is confirmed, makes them useless.
Please make this available again, or provide us with a reason for taking them out.

Thanks to @Joan2709, we have tested an inquiry and the result is that both the incoming Guest REVIEW/s and RATING/s (including the ratings sub-categories) are now VISIBLE!
I was wrong from what it seems therefore the topic can be closed/ignored/dismissed!
It could've been a bug that dev.ops solved in the background (I logged-out and in since the weekend and had the customer service and dev.ops looking into it).

@Ionut50 you may be better switching IB on. That way you get 3 ( I think) guest cancellation opportunities if you suspect the guest will be troublesome.
I think Airbnb quietly removed the (3) cancellation opportunities for IB awhile back.
I don't use request to book myself @Ionut50 , but if that's so, all I can think is that it may be a further push to get hosts to use instant book.
It does make one wonder what the point is of guest reviews?
@Shelley159 asked in another post if you are seeing the text part of the guest's previous reviews, but just not seeing the star ratings in the categories?
So, a quick update from my side:
I was contacted in the meantime by a very kind Customer Support member and he has followed up on the case.
We have discovered that for the booking requests that happened in the past (before this new release) that didn't end up with a confirmed reservation, we could see both the Guests reviews & ratings --- I could've seen that before too.
But this weekend, after the last update, I have received an inquiry and I could see the Guest reviews but nowhere the overall/individual rating/s. I could see the ratings only after the booking was confirmed (I've gave it a GO, as the guest had very nice written reviews)
I have offered to test with the Customer Service/their dev.ops a mock-up reservation request - but they said they do not have this capability.
So, I will provide an update to this thread once I will get the next booking request.
Or, if anyone is interested for a quick test & confirmation if this is the case or not --- please go ahead and access my only listing on AirBnb, select an available period (I have min. 5 nights option) and ask me a question/send an inquiry.
I will check and take a screenshot or two, to show if I can/cannot see the RATINGS (again, the reviews can be seen).
