Sorry to hear that but yeah you need to wait the full 24 hours.  

Most systems automatically block further attempts for 24 hours to prevent abuse or fraud.

 

If you provide more details about the specific verification step you’re encountering issues with, 

we’d be glad to help.

 

 

@Patricia2526 This message pops up when I'm proceeding to payment. Is there any way to solve it other than waiting for 24 hrs
