I would like to report a host that is currently being sued for real estate fraud.

On the listing you'll see that you can "report this listing" with a flag symbol.  This is just under the calendar availability section

Under the host profile and at the bottom of the listing page, you'll also have the availability to "report this host".

Whether you get anywhere with this is another matter but do let us know if anything develops!

@Joelle43 The individual (s) are currently acting as Airbnb hosts and promoting short-term rental properties. Additionally, they have been accused of real estate fraud in Indiana and are involved in a pending civil lawsuit. Additionally, they have contracted agreements outside of Airbnb guidelines

I am concerned about the potential impact this situation may have on residents and the broader community. I would like to formally report this matter and request any guidance on appropriate next steps.
