Booking calendar only gives guest option to book whole home

Hi Rebecca,

Thankyou for the warm welcome.

pls advice me. I am hosting a 3 bedroom home. I have listed it. My issue is that on my booking calendar it only gives guests an option to book the whole home and it doesn't subdivide the rooms. Which means that i cant see which room the guest has booked or the room total. It only allows for days to be selected and total amount. Pls help?

Also how can i edit the travel guide book?

Your Airbnb listing is currently set up as a single “entire home” listing, which means guests are only able to book the whole 3-bedroom home. That’s why guests can only select dates (not individual rooms).

If you want to rent out individual rooms, you need to create separate listings for each bedroom.

1. Go to your Airbnb dashboard.
2. Click “Create new listing”.
3. For each bedroom, list it as a “Private Room”, not an entire place.
4. Add specific photos, description, amenities for that room.
5. Set the calendar, price, and availability for each one.

Use calendar syncing (Airbnb does this automatically for listings under the same host account) so if someone books the entire home, it blocks the individual rooms and vice versa.
