Recent AirBnB Emergency Support Phone Conversation Recording
I am a Superhost with 800+ AirBnB Reviews. I joined AirBnB in 2014, as I was doing vacation rentals prior to AirBnB. I do approximately 300 reservations per year across 4 listings.
Here is the recording of my phone conversation with AirBnB Emergency Support. It's 35 minutes long with lots of hold time and dead air. At the end, I was told they can't help me.
Lol same but from a guest end. Airbnb told me to LEAVE a property and that I would be refunded. 20 support specialists later all saying they are looking into it. I have them saying in writing it will be refunded and the recorded calls. What is wrong with Airbnb and why are they still operating?
Here is my phone recording for October 11th. The Airbnb Customer Service told me (again) that I have to wait for someone to call me back. I am on Day 3 of waiting for a call back, so I call AirBnB a few times per day trying to get my issue resolved.
