Redeeming gift card

I bought a virtual gift card and the PIN number does not work when I try to redeem it, I paid $200 for it, support tells me system is down and to try again later but I’ve seen many posts now talking about the same issue and now I’m feeling this will be an issue . Anyone else with the same problem lately?

After numerous messages with support and a call from them, I was able to upload my card PIN this evening. It took 24hrs
