Reduce rate

Hi, we had a request from a lady who would like a reduced rate to be near her son who is in the hospital. She would like to stay a month. What are your thoughts? Is this something I should do?

I don't like to give discounts since it attracts the wrong crowd.

We personally don't give discounts, as we do not discount the quality of what we offer to our guests. Also, a month long stay here would grant tenancy, which is a whole set of issues for us.

I'm sure you already offer a discounted rate for longer stays so just let her know the price has already been discounted to take into account it's a longer stay @Gerald886
