Hi , I paid in full for a 'ski chalet ' through sir b n b (over £2900) but even though this was cancelled by air b n b I have only received a very small refund of £129 . It is apparently with the 'specialist team ' who have no phone contact ., I hand called about 10 times and every costumer service person says the same thing that this is with the a specialist team and they can't do any more . No one from the specialist team has contacted me and it's been 6 weeks . This is causing huge mental distress . I feel like air b n b have stolen my money . Please help ! I am going to start a social media campaign to stop this happening to others . Can anyone help please ? Emily
