Refund not received

Hello there,

I did not receive my refund and it has been 22 days now. Receipt ID: ****. Please look in to this. I cancelled my booking because of the Corona Virus outbreak. On the receipt I received a full refund. But it never came through. I don't know how to contact them to inquire about this.

@Renuka6 your refund (if any) will come from airbnb not the host.

This is a forum of airbnb hosts and guests who will not be able to help you other than to suggest you message airbnb customer service.

AirBnB said they refunded me after the host cancelled before the Corona Virus outbreak. Still have not received it. They do not reply to any threads and have tried Twitter as suggested on other posts.
