Min första gäst valde att lämna efter en dag. Jag har meddelat att det är ok med återbetalning till honom. ”Bill” 

Jag hade fel rubrik på ett foto så det blev missuppfattning om storlek samt dusch som inte finns i badrum 2 (toalett) jag har ändrat i min annons nu. 
men ordnar ni så att han får full återbetalning.

You could have shortened the reservation and guest would be refunded unused nights instantly, incl. Airbnb service costs and taxes..

(Or even more if you choose to provide extra refund by adjusting the calcuated price).

 

If the reservation has ended, then refund is possible via the resolution centre , by sending money.
