I was very disappointed with this rental experience. The pictures on the website and the reality were completely different. The sofa was old, shabby, and very dirty. As soon as I checked in, I discovered that the door to the washing machine was broken, which was very dangerous.
The sound of water leaking from the toilet kept my family from sleeping all night. The technician who came to check took a long time and even turned off the hot water, which was difficult when there were elderly people in the house. The sink was constantly clogged, which was frustrating every time I used it.
Worst of all, the bed sheets were not clean, which caused me allergies.
The system says it has been refunded but I am working with the bank and no transactions have been made since I received the notification.
I am very upset about this issue but have not received any response yet. Please tell me what to do?
