Removing an automatic block on a booking enquiry to allow a booking to be made

We have had a booking enquiry made on our airbnb property. The enquiry however has been automatically blocked by airbnb as it flagged a possible party. I have corresponded with the client and she assures me that there will be no party, and that they are just wanting a stopver night on their way back from the snow.

How do you remove the block so the booking can go ahead?

@Lynn1725 There is a way but it is high risk if Airbnb has flagged a party. You simply switch your listing from entire place to shared house (or whatever it is called). The guest books and then you switch it back. BUT you do this at your risk.........
