The problem I see is that it is a group of workers.  A group of unrelated people sounds risky.  My rental is in an industrial area and most of my guests are here for contract jobs lasting 2 to 3 months.  The apartment is only suitable for 1 or 2 guests.    I've been hosting for about 3 years and have been pleased with the quality of guests coming to me from Airbnb.  I do a weekly cleaning because it helps me stay aware of how the apartment is being cared for.  Some guests are better houskeepers than others but I have not yet had anyone who was destructive.  Contract workers want a clean, safe and comfortable place to stay while here for a job.  They need a convenient location, a laundry area and kitchen facilities as well as a quiet place to sleep.
