I got this message from airbnb. They canceled the reservation, they told me for your safety we had to cancel it.
but airbnb refunded the guest. What is my fault in this? They don’t support the superhost. The guest is also surprised why they are doing this.
If airbnb wants to cancel guests that are already staying, they need to pay us. Not blame us for their lack of screening.
Hi. As a new host we had faced the same issue 3 days ago. After several call through their help center, our new hosting remain suspended. Was your issue resolved, how long did it take? Any advise is appreciated.
No, I keep calling them. I am a super host. Have multiple listings. Have been in business for 2+ years. This has never happened to me.

Very bad response from them, they are not refunding me.
This is the same for me. They canceled a guest after 2 month. Airbnb refunded the guest and I now have to pay 2 month of my own rent to Airbnb.
they said they had to cancel for safety reason because the guest violated conditions on another booking. Their support is horrible and useless. I have never seen such incompetence.
can anyone help get these thieves legal trouble please? And my money back.
