Hi. As a new host we had faced the same issue 3 days ago. After several call through their help center, our new hosting remain suspended. Was your issue resolved, how long did it take? Any advise is appreciated.
This is the same for me. They canceled a guest after 2 month. Airbnb refunded the guest and I now have to pay 2 month of my own rent to Airbnb.
they said they had to cancel for safety reason because the guest violated conditions on another booking. Their support is horrible and useless. I have never seen such incompetence.
