Retaliation review

I need some help. I had a gentleman who wanted to stay two extra nights for free Because he was enjoying the house so much and I would not let him, in return. He left me a one star review stating all false statements. Tried to have Airbnb remove it and they will not any advice.

I read the review. 

I noticed the guest is from my country (NL), we always want things for free !

 

 

You wrote "Because he was enjoying the house so much " : do you have the message wanting to extend his stay in the message system ?

it is contradicting to what is in the review "It definitely didn't feel good or pleasant, and so we left earlier"
