It was the worst experience with kevin. I will not suggest anyone to go to this house as we got so many issues. Host is not co-operative and very very rude. There was no privacy when we went there. We spoiled our holiday by taking that home. Host is also not standing on his words he told me he will refund us but now making false arguments so don’t trust him.

The review is retaliatory.

After Contacting Airbnb re the house was booked for 2 guests and 13- 14 plus males turned up for party. Guests were asked to leave premises. This upset them as they wanted to use as party house, so have given 1 Star rating plus bad review on most items 1. House is Listed not as for parties. 2. Our Max number at house is 10 on listing 3. Booked and paid for 2 only, In the short time the made mess and had to get cleaners in on holiday rates to clean up. There fore we request the 1 star rating be removed. I tried to send Video from Ring Doorbell but system does not allow

Your reason for removal

The review is retaliatory.

We are a Superhost which we have worked very hard to get. We would like you to remove the 1 star rating from our guests who arrived on 3rd October. This booking was cancelled by AirBnb due breaking house rules. This one star rating will affect our Superhost status. The guests were only at house for half an hour and agreed to leave and did not stay. The one Star rating was only after they realised they were not going to get a refund for breaking House Rules. We have never had a 1 star rating at any of our properties. We thank AirBnb for cancelling there reservation, and do not want to loose our Superhost status because of guests who did not abide by Airbnb rules. Kevin*

I'm sorry you've had some issues with a review a guest left following a recent stay in one of your listings. Looking at your profile today, I was unable to see the review in question -did you find a solution with the Support team in the end?

Hi Emilie,

We were very happy after my post to community Centre, a senior representative contacted us and removed the Vindictive review.

We were initially very upset with normal system of asking for removal of vindictive review after guests were asked to leave for breaking House rules.

The automated system of checking vindictive reviews is not good.

We are proud of our Superhost rating and don't want to loose incorrectly
