Retaliatory review not removed

I’m curious if anyone has had issues with Airbnb not removing retaliatory reviews? I had a guest make a reservation for someone else that had a party. I live below and eventually had to call the police at which time the guest were asked to leave the property once a loaded machine gun was found.  I’ve disputed the review twice and being told by Airbnb that it’s within the guidelines but yet I can’t get one single person to explain to me why or how these situations are within policy and guidelines. All they keep doing is telling me they’ve made their decision and send me an article. so I find it hard to believe that a person that never even stepped foot into the property and booked the reservation for someone else how that’s even policy number one not to mention the other issues that happen.

if you use the search function on this community you will see literally hundreds of guests complaining about the same thing since Airbnb introduced AI to manage disputes around retaliatory reviews @Stephen1582
