When I have a guest booking through Airbnb to my Alojamento Local, does airbnb give guest details to SIBA or do i have to collect and sent their data. I feel very uncomfortable asking my guests for their passport details.

@Sandra5818 It is your responsibility to give the passport details to the authorities. You really should put this requirement in your house rules so that guests know that they have to give it to you by law.

You can also use a 3rd party solution. That will allow the guest to submit details securely, without sharing their passport copies directly with you and allow you to review them or automatically submit them to SEF. 

Sef upmarket is an example of such solution.
