Hello my dears! Greetings from lovely Greece!
Happy to be part of this community, and i would like to share an issue that keeps rising up from a previous guest , as she keeps sending me messages after a month she left my property, setting up false accussations requesting money refund. How can i handle this ? Just fyi, i have 5 stars rating from my 7 guests, and she rated me with 1, using very offensive wording even in public, and of course her evaluation was removed. How seriously can i take these requests ?

Thank you so much for your feedback! It seems that there are indeed people that have a habit to the refund system, so that they have free holidays! I dont know though how feasible her request is, not sure if airbnb are going to accept. She is 8 years at Airbnb but she has no evaluations, isnt this strange too?
I'm so sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with a previous guest. It's really frustrating when you've worked hard to provide a great experience, only to be met with false accusations and offensive comments.
As a host myself, I've found that it can be helpful to use Airbnb's tools to handle situations like this. You can report and block a guest by following the guidelines in this link:

This should help stop any further messages from the guest and give you peace of mind.
It's important to remember that one negative experience doesn't define your hosting journey. Keep focusing on providing great stays for your guests, as evidenced by your 5-star ratings. You're clearly doing something right!
