Simplifying things?

Hi Everyone,

I manage 4 apartments in Nottingham England.

They are very busy with a high turnover of guests which is obviously great but it comes with some admin issues.

Does anybody use anything like a spreadsheet ( I am terrible with spreadsheets) where I can enter the booking name but additional notes like :

1. Cleaner booked

2.Early check-in required

3.Late check-out required.

4. etc

I realise you can add notes to the booking on the calendar but I am looking for something where I can see a complete week with everything there ....ideally I can then send it to my cleaners.
