Special Occasion Stays?

What do you do, if anything, if a guest reveals that they are staying for a special occasion (birthday, honeymoon, etc.)? We write Congratulations or Happy Birthday or whatever it is on the name board with their name.  And we usually leave some wine or a snack for all of our guests.

I am looking for some ideas for people who are celebrating something specific. Especially now, people seem to be traveling only for these occasions. Thoughts?

@Laura2592   Depending on what the occasion is.... we leave celebration balloons, extra snacks (chocolate and popcorn) and occasionally a bottle of bubbly.
