I have a client who would like to come in for a month but doesn’t want to pay the entire amount upfront. Is it automatic that the client can choose to pay a portion when booking the reservation and the rest later? Do I need to set something up? Thank you, Laura

If the reservation qualifies for a payment plan , Airbnb will show that at checkout. Looks like stays of 28+days are not eligible for payment plans. It's kinda risky to allow a guest to only pay a portion of what is due for a long term stay:
