Stopping Bookings to Sell House

We are planning to sell our airbnb at the end of the summer season. I would like to block bookings past Labor day. How do I do this?

@Jessica3697 change the  availability timeframe for bookings in the calendar to 'not available by default' and then open up dates as you want up to Labor Day
