I am deeply concerned and frustrated by Airbnb's inexplicable decision to unlist my apartments on their platform for over two weeks now, without providing any concrete reason for this action. As a dedicated host, I have consistently maintained Superhost status for the past two years, demonstrating my commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality. This sudden and unexplained removal from the platform has not only disrupted my business but also left me without the opportunity to engage with and host the guests who have come to rely on my accommodations. I am seeking urgent clarification from Airbnb regarding the specific grounds for this unlisting and request a prompt resolution to reinstate my listings, allowing me to continue providing a positive and welcoming experience for travelers. The lack of transparency in this matter is not only disheartening but also undermines the trust and partnership I have built with Airbnb over the years.

When this occurs, it is usually related to a safety, cleanliness, discrimination, or undisclosed camera situation. Looks like your most recent guest review on your listing: "Beautiful Lofts du Parc Lahaie Mile End - 203" had a safety concern? Might that possibly be the issue?
