Super host bonus question?

[Phyllis218]

My daughter and I have booked a place in Florida for next Thursday! Is there any way I can get the 100 toward that booking ?  She booked it but I paid half?

Hi @Phyllis218,

Congratulations on making Superhost again!

Have you found an answer to your question since posting it here, or do you need more help? Just in case, I wanted to add a link to the Help Centre article on how to redeem a coupon as well.

Have a lovely day 🙂

Not if you've already booked and paid for it no @Phyllis218

Unfortunately it won't work this time, it has to be redeemed at the time of paying for the booking @Phyllis218 , as @Helen3 has said.

Also, be sure to book from your own account when you want to use it - the coupon doesn't work if someone else (like your daughter) makes the booking from her account.
