Super host title

I was being suggesting for super hosts titles and rejected because of not to fulfil annullering politic. I don't understand the consequences of annullering politics just because I have annulleret only one booking about 2 years ago. Any good answer to my question?

@Sarana1  Hi Saran, the cancellation rate is only one of the factors contributing to Superhost status. If you go to Insights then Superhost under your host login you will see details of which sections you performed below the metric to not achieve Superhost status for the previous 12 months (which is a rolling calculation of the previous 12 months each quarter).
